The first step is a decision document. A wider transformation only makes sense once a prioritized use case and an accountable team are in place.

All prices are net of VAT. Preparation, delivery, results documentation and the results meeting are included in the stated base scope. Travel and accommodation costs are disclosed before commissioning. If agreed items are missing at handover, Convios completes them within ten working days at no extra fee, provided your data, interviews and decisions were available on time.

Do we need a complete AI inventory already?

No. An incomplete inventory can be a finding. Prioritization still requires access to the relevant teams and use situations.

Is implementation included?

No. You decide on the assessment and implementation separately.

Does the assessment replace legal review?

No. Convios structures governance and work needs. Legal advice and formal conformity assessments are excluded.

Is inventory, prioritization or governance the first open decision?

We review the data, decision and useful base scope. If another entry point fits better, we will say so during the call.
